![]() AMERICANA COLLECTION These images are a small collection from the Americana Portfolio and capture our motel, hotel and business signs of year's past. In those early days, intricate signage was one of the very few ways to market to the public the excitement, attraction and feel-good factor of your product, service or facilities. If you look carefully at the detail on the older signs, one would take the view that more expense and thought went into the sign's design than it did into the design or the "luxurious amenities" afforded for the development. Many of these signs have already disappeared or are about to as new projects and changes to our skyline take place with the influx of high-rise developments. These photographs may well be one of the few images available that capture and preserve the origin and historical foundation of America's ingenious marketing ideas. | ||

![]() CIRCUS Nicholas Price's photography is so unusual that he has captured the attention of many different kinds of businesses, who are looking for that "artistic take" on creating their business identity and marketing. One very unusual client is the famous circus company Circo Hermanos Caballero. Direct from Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus, the Caballero family are recognized worldwide by the Guinness Book of World Records and feature eight Artists who perform three different acts. The imagery captured is a very detailed look at the circus acts and lifestyles of the performers. |

![]() GHOSTS Our ghost towns are a fascinating look at the old Wild West. Although some of these towns are no longer occupied, there are some towns such as Goldfield and Searchlight where a small community still lives on. These towns are very proud of their historic roots and include some buildings and stories that are valuable in American History and are being documented under another project to be released in 2006-7. |
